Coastal Pet Rescue Presents Pet-a-Palooza Saturday, June 19th
Local animal rescue Coastal Pet Rescue will present a day-long concert benefit, Pet-a-Palooza: Rockin’ the Rescue next weekend.
On Saturday, June 19th, bring the family to Molly McGuire’s for eight hours of musical entertainment featuring local bands, including The Train Wrecks, The Georgia Kyle Trio, Keith & Ross, The Eric Culberson Blues Band, Outta Your Element, Roll On Rodney, Jellyfish Destruction, and Greg C. Parton.
Music starts at 12 pm with activities available for children until 4 pm. Admission is $10 per adult, $5 per child. Tickets and T-shirts may be purchased in advance through Coastal Pet Rescue’s website, CoastalPetRescue.org.
Pet-a-Palooza is sponsored by J.T. Turner Construction, Tate Law Group, Paula Deen Enterprises, Chatham Area Transit, Crossroad Animal Hospital, Electric Lemonade, Oliver Bentley's Barking Bakery, Savannah Magazine, WRHQ, WSAV and 521 Media.
Green LifeSpace and Coastal Pet Rescue Team Up for Supply Drive to Help Gulf Coast Cleanup

Coastal Pet Rescue Receives Top Local Honors
This month, Coastal Pet Rescue received two top local honors. On May 13th, Coastal Pet Rescue president and founder Lisa Scarbrough received the WJCL/FOX 28/TheCoastalSource.com Community Advocate of the Year Award from the Small Business Chamber of Savannah. On May 18th, Coastal Pet Rescue received its award from Connect Savannah for being voted Best Non-Profit by the readers of Connect Savannah for the second year in a row. Congratulations to our outstanding volunteers who make all these successes possible!
